Client Referral Program
Earn €500 by referring a client
and the referred client gets €500 as well!
Through our “Customer Referral Program,” we pay you €500 for each farmer or agricultural business that:
- Purchased at least €150,000 in pesticides in Germany between July 1, 1998, and March 31, 2015.
- Signs a Litigation Funding Agreement or Claim Purchase Agreement with us, based on your referral, to pursue claims for damages resulting from these purchases.
Importantly, the referred farmer/agricultural business also benefits from your referral will be also receiving 500 EUR. This is a win-win situation for both parties!

FAQ for the Program
If you recommend a farmer/agricultural business to us, please also provide them with your PSM-ID. Please point out to the farmer/agricultural business that they should also enter your PSM ID in the ‘How did you hear about us?’ field when filling in the information about their company in the customer area.
When registering, the agricultural enterprise must enter its PSM-ID in the field provided for this purpose at kundenbereich.psm-kartell.de and conclude either a process financing agreement or a claim purchase agreement with us. He then has to upload evidence of his crop protection product purchases so that we can determine the claim value.
If you are not yet a LitFin customer, you can register at any time at kundenbereich.psm-kartell.de and then benefit from the ‘Customers refer customers’ offer just like the farmer/agricultural business you have referred.
There is no limit to the payment of the reward of 500 euros.
We will pay the €500 premium within 30 days after we have verified the evidence of the relevant pesticide purchases (i.e. mainly invoices) of the recruited farmer/farm during the relevant period. This can take several months due to the high level of interest from farmers/agricultural businesses in our litigation funding offer (we are currently reviewing hundreds of thousands of pages of documents).
This “Customers refer customers” offer is valid until we have changed its conditions on our website or deleted it from the website.
You are welcome to contact us, preferably by e-mail or telephone. You will find the relevant contact information in the ‘Contact’ section.
