What Happened
In spring 2020, the German Federal Cartel Office imposed fines totaling around 157 million euros on at least eight wholesalers of crop protection products in Germany. They reached agreements on price lists, in some cases on discounts and on net prices for crop protection products for retailers and end consumers.
German wholesalers have been illegally coordinating prices with each other for over 17 years. As a result, buyers of PPPs were harmed and are now entitled to compensation.

His consulting focus is on arable farming, particularly in the areas of crop production, soil cultivation, investment planning, as well as profit and liquidity planning for agricultural enterprises.
